Edison Apartments
The Rotterdam Town Board embraced senior citizen housing and aggressively advocated for construction of Edison Apartment. Completed in 1999, this three-story building includes 60 one and two-bedroom apartments.
Edison Apartments is available to Senior Citizens 62 years of age or older. Apartments are equipped with a range & refrigerator, carpet & tile throughout, ceiling fan, grab bars in the bathrooms, neighbor call/neighbor help pull strings in the bedroom and bath, and secure main entrance door. The building includes an elevator and is fully handicapped accessible.
Community features include an onsite office, community room, laundry, storage and outdoor patio.

Holly Manor
The overwhelming demand for Edison Apartments led to the development of Holly Manor. Also located in the Town of Rotterdam this 44 unit Senior Citizen complex is located at 2415 Curry Road. The project opened in 2002 and maintains a strong wait list.
