Dean's Landing
In the hills of Delaware County lies the Village of Stamford. In a joint venture with Kinderhook Development, LLC and Lakewood Development, LLC, Dean’s Landing was built in 2006 to address the shortage of affordable housing in this region. The 24 one, two and three-bedroom units serve families and seniors from the Village and surrounding region.
