Bolivar Landing

In a joint venture with Kinderhook Development, LLC, Bolivar Landing opened in 2008 and is located at Bolivar and Tuscarora roads, just outside of Chittenango.  The 24 one and two-bedroom units offer spacious living and dinning rooms available to Senior Citizens 62 years of age or older, handicapped/disabled regardless of age. The building offers on-site management, a community room, laundry facilities, outdoor patio and balconies and kitchens with hardwood floors.

Conklin Senior Housing

Conklin Senior Housing

Completed in 2006, the project offered timely relief for many of the Town’s seniors that lost homes in the summer flooding.  The 24 one and two-bedroom units are available to Senior Citizens 55 years of age or older. 

Apartments are equipped with a central air conditioning, range and refrigerator, carpet and tile throughout, ceiling fan, grab bars in the bathrooms, neighbor call/neighbor help pull strings in the bedroom & bath, and secure main entrance door with intercom. This two-story building includes an elevator and is fully handicapped accessible.

Community features include an onsite office, community room, laundry, storage and covered outdoor patio.

Marion Manor

Marion Manor

There are not many affordable housing options for young families in the community near Turning Stone Casino & Resort. Marion Manor, is a 28 unit apartment complex that targets families and retired members of the Oneida County/Central New York area.

Site amenities include an on-site office, community room, laundry, jungle gym, bike racks, and a basketball court.   This project is yet another joint venture with Kinderhook Development, LLC and Lakewood Development, LLC.

Stratmill Brook Apartments

Stratmill Brook Apartments

Located in Southern Broome County, not far from the City of Binghamton and Pennsylvania border, sits the Town of Kirkwood.  When the members of the Senior Housing Committee were looking for a way to keep local residents from having to seek affordable housing outside of the Town, they contacted 3d Development Group, LLC.  Completed in 2003, Stratmill Brook Apartments is a 32 unit Senior Citizen complex available to persons aged 62 years or older. 

All units are equipped with a range & refrigerator, carpet & tile throughout, ceiling fan, grab bars in the bathrooms, neighbor call/neighbor help pull strings in the bedroom & bath and secure main entrance door with intercom. This two-story building includes an elevator and is fully handicapped accessible.

Community features include an onsite office, community room, laundry, storage and outdoor patio where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful Victoria Heights neighborhood.

Stoneview Apartments

Housing for senior citizens was embraced by the Village of Cobleskill and led to the construction of Stoneview Apartments.  Located at 83 Barnerville Road, and in a joint effort with Kinderhook Development, LLC, the project was completed in 2001. 

Stoneview Apartments is available to Senior Citizens 62 years of age or older.  Apartments are equipped with a range & refrigerator, carpet & tile throughout, ceiling fan, grab bars in the bathrooms, neighbor call/neighbor help pull strings in the bedroom & bath, secure main entrance door with intercom and gazebo. This two-story building includes an elevator and is fully handicapped accessible.

Wilcox Apartments

Wilcox Apartments

Safe, decent and affordable housing is something many take for granted until it is not available.  In the small Village of Morrisville, the 2006 construction of Wilcox Apartments made a difference in many lives. Individuals and families can now be assured that their cost of housing can be stabilized while living in an environment where they can succeed and prosper. 

The 24 one, two, and three-bedroom units are located at 89 Cedar Street and are fashioned with a range & refrigerator, carpet & tile throughout & ceiling fan.  Each unit also includes a patio or porch along with an exterior storage space.

Site amenities include an onsite office, community room, laundry, playground, bike racks, and basketball court. As an added bonus, tutoring programs are available in the community room.

Cedar Street Apartments

Located next to Wilcox Apartments, Cedar Street is an 18 year old USDA, Rural Development that was acquired and rehabilitated by Kinderhook Development, LLC and 3d Development Group, LLC. Handicapped accessibility and energy upgrades provide an enhanced living environment for the 24 senior citizen households.
