Built in 2000, those aged 62 years or older, handicapped/disabled persons regardless of age, can take advantage of the garden setting yet are within walking distance to the major shopping district of Allegany and City of Olean.
Apartments are equipped with a range & refrigerator, carpet & tile throughout, ceiling fan, grab bars in the bathroom, neighbor-call/neighbor-help pull strings in the bedroom & bath, and secure main entrance door with intercom. This two-story building includes an elevator and is fully handicapped accessible.
