Ehr-Dale Heights
Ehr-Dale Heights is located in Churchville, NY, Monroe County. Opened in February of 2007, it is a 33 unit Senior Citizen building and is the only affordable housing in the Village. 3D Development and its joint venture partner, Kinderhook Development, LLC, received funding from the United States Department of Agriculture and New York Housing Trust Fund.
Ehr-Dale Heights is available to senior citizens 62 years of age or older, handicapped/disabled regardless of age. Apartments are equipped with central air conditioning, range and refrigerator, carpet and tile throughout, ceiling fan, grab bars in the bathrooms, neighbor call/neighbor help pull strings in the bedroom & bath, and secure main entrance door with intercom. This two-story building includes an elevator and is fully handicapped accessible.
Community features include an onsite office, community room, laundry, storage, and outdoor patio.

Lyceum Heights: Phase I and Phase II
3d Development Group, LLC developed this property on behalf of the Finger Lakes Community Development Corp., a subsidiary of the Geneva Housing Authority. With assistance from the City of Geneva, the site, a former industrial property, was tested and cleaned in order to make it suitable for residential development. 3D Development secured funding from the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal and Federal Home Loan Bank of New York to pay for improvements and maximize affordability for the low income senior citizens of Geneva. Each of the one and two-bedroom apartments are available to senior citizens aged 62 and older. Phase I, consisting of 32 units, opened in 2004, and Phase II, also 32 units, opened in 2008.

Lehigh Crossing
Lehigh Crossing was an 18 year old USDA, Rural Development project in need of major upgrading. In a joint venture with Kinderhook Development, LLC, the project was acquired in 2008 and completely renovated. The result of the renovation is a safer, more accessible living environment and a significant reduction in on-going energy costs.

Waterloo Heights
Waterloo Heights is located in Waterloo, NY, Seneca County. The acquisition and rehabilitation of this 24 unit senior citizen building was a joint venture between 3d Development, Kinderhook Development and Finger Lakes Community Development Corp. Funding from USDA Rural Development and New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal mad this much needed renovation possible.
