Crosswinds at Hudson is a unique workforce housing project in the City of Hudson, Columbia County. The 70 units are the first of thier kind in the region and provides the local workforce with housing that is close to jobs, educational facilities, retail, and public transportation. The one, two and three-bedroom townhouses and flats are fully equipped with kitchen appliances, including dishwashers, central air conditioning, free wireless broadband, and amenities usually reserved for much more costly housing.

The crosswinds community building is also the meeting place of the Columbia County Golden Agers Senior Group, American Red Cross, Columbia County Fair Housing Advisory Board & Hudson City School District Staff off-site Training. Most recently, the NYU Free Dental Clinic, Head Start and Crosswinds provided dental services to 400 children from Columbia and Greene Counties.
