Waterloo Heights

3d Development partnered with a local non-profit housing agency, Finger Lakes Community Development Corporation, to redevelop Waterloo Heights in Waterloo, NY, Seneca County. With funding from USDA Rural Development, and New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal, the property was acquired in 2010 and completely rehabilitated.

The 24 units at Waterloo Heights are available to senior citizens 62 years of age or older, handicapped/disabled regardless of age. Apartments are equipped with range and refrigerator, carpet and tile throughout, grab bars in the bathrooms, neighbor call/neighbor help pull strings in the bedroom and bath, and secure main entrance door with intercom. This two-story building includes an elevator and is fully handicapped accessible. Community features include an onsite office, community room, laundry, storage and outdoor patio.
