Bruce Levine, bruce@3ddevelopment.com

President and founder. Bruce is proficient in affordable housing having developed more than 3,000 residential units across New York State since 1989. He has developed smaller to very large projects for communities in both rural areas and cities. Mr. Levine is a Certified (Tax) Credit Compliance Professional (C3P) and is trained in Fair Housing and Section 504 Regulations. He has been an advocate and leader in affordable housing development and serves as a board member of the New York State Association of Affordable Housing and a member of the New York State Rural Rental Housing Association. Bruce graduated from the State University of New York with a Master of Arts Degree in Economics (1995) and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Design and Planning (1989).

Erika Curran, erika@3ddevelopment.com

Vice President. Erika has extensive experience in construction management, real-estate sales and development. She is a licensed real estate agent. She has participated in projects funded through the Federal Home Loan Bank, NYS Affordable Housing Corporation, New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal and USDA, Rural Development. Ms. Curran has been trained and is knowledgeable in Fair Housing and Accessibility. She maintains a regular presence at all our properties and ensures that rigorous quality control measures are carried out by site staff. Erika is a graduate from Erie Community College with an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts and Science (1999) and has her Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from Medaille College (2006).

Lindsay Hendricks, housing1st@3ddevelopment.com

Community Development Consultant. Lindsay has wide-ranging experience managing behavioral healthcare operations, including in Supportive Housing for special needs populations under the Office of Mental Health (OMH), the Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS), and the Department of Health (DOH). Ms. Hendricks is knowledgeable with homeless housing under the Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA) and residential programming under the Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS). As an independent contractor who’s base is located in the North Country Region, she provides project management and Supportive Housing/program operations consultation. Lindsay is a graduate from Clarkson University (2020) with a Master of Business Administration Degree – Healthcare Management, Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (2006) from Ithaca College, and is a Certified (Tax) Credit Compliance Professional (C3P).
