Unadilla Neighborhood is a 24 unit senior housing project completed in 2010. 3d Development Group was able to leverage multiple funding sources including U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development, LIHTC, and the HUD Tax Credit Assistance Program showing our flexibility and adaptability to multiple funding sources.
Unadilla Neighborhood was built using energy efficiency appliances and is handicapped accessible for its residents. Unadilla Neighborhood was built to maximize its beautiful surrounding areas of foliage and community amenities.
