Construction is expected to commence in 2015. Once completed, the property will be renamed Wilbur Fay Apartments and offer a much improved living environment for all the residents. 3d development has coordinated the development team, created a plan for remediation of asbestos and lead, secured all approvals from the City of Fulton and received an award of Public Housing Modernization money from NYS.
